Thank you to Shaner & Fryling Sensei for their excellent instruction at The EKF Fall & winter Seminars here at Northern VA Ki Aikido.


Congratulations to Rich Fryling Sensei for his promotion to Chief Instructor of the EKF, and to Marion Lebensbaum Sensei for her promotion to Head Instructor of Northern VA Ki Aikido.
Head Instructor Emeritus, Steve Wolf, will now hold the position of Senior Advisor to Northern VA Ki Aikido.
